Vox is back to the same old tired illogical argument…if you’re happy doing something, you don’t feel the need to talk about it.
Funny how this never applies to the virtuous women who don’t sleep with multiple partners, who remind us at every single opportunity that anyone who deviates from that path is emotionally deficient/ biologically defective/ lacking physical self-esteem.
If you’re happy with the path you’ve chosen, why are *you* constantly talking about it? Why do you resent women who enjoy sex? Why are you constantly judging *other* people’s sex lives?
Why would you come on a blog that regularly discusses sexual topics with adults of consenting age/voluntary interest and attempt to suppress such conversation? (If you talk about it, see, you have low self-esteem, so you better not talk about it.)
The reason this blog really took off, as far as I could tell, was when Moxie started to get coverage for the fellatio class she teaches. (That’s how I learned about it, and took the class.) And it’s hardly an open secret that Moxie is playing off the popularity of Sex in the City by using Moxie is a replacement for Sex in her business name.
If you can’t talk freely about sex here without being slut-shamed, then where can you do so?
