I prefer slender and healthy. I work out for at least 1 hour per week and I eat healthy low sodium, no sugar, and etc. I am in amazing shape. I love to work out because it is a stress reliever from my job and it clears my mind. The thing I notice the most it also makes me more productive.

I have also learn to accept people for who they are. At my gym I see a lot of women who work out constantly, never lose any weight, and I still consider them big (they are not eating right). I haven’t ever dated a slender healthy girl. I have learn if you meet someone you can not expect them to lose weight, eat healthier, and etc. To eat healthy/exercise it is a lifestyle you can not choose to do it for a couple of weeks and go back it is a lifestyle.

Conclusion, I prefer women who are slender vs a bigger girl who is actually 100% healthy. The pecker does the picking!
