I’d totally do this, especially if I cared about the woman. Have you ever broken up with a woman who didn’t want it to end? It’s a fuckin’ scene, man. (I’m not picking on women here. I’ve just only ever dated and broken up with women, and thus that’s all I can speak to.) Sometimes, you just can’t bear to crush someone, particularly if you care about them.
