Turning up on Monday night, I was dressed in a floor length but quite casual dress. He turned up in thongs, boardies and a tshirt. Whilst I was dressed pretty casually, I felt like we didn’t look like we should be sitting at the same table.

But anyway, we went to a cafe and had a couple of drinks (neither of us felt like dessert in the end), and eased into conversation. He’s very easy to talk to, very smart, and he listens. He doesn’t cut me off. He doesn’t miaow. All positive signs.

I said to Magic when I got home that he actually reminded me of another male friend of mine, let’s call him Big Ted, in his mannerisms and conversation skills. Which is a good thing (Big Ted is an avid reader, so will be very flattered by this statement!).

After two drinks, it was only 8:30pm, but both of us were driving, so we decided to call it a night. He walked me to my car, and went in for the kiss. Which turned into making out. Quite intense making out to be honest. The kind with crotch grinding to be specific. There was a lot of traffic driving past. I told him that I hoped he liked an audience, to which he responded “Nope, not at all”.

He picked up my handbag which I had dropped on the ground, and took me by the hand into a nearby empty carpark. I giggled and told him I felt like I was in highschool. Besides which it was completely pointless, because we were both taller than the bushes and people could still see us.
